This is possibly William Edward Fuller who was born in Launceston on 22 Sep 1844, son of William Fuller (born 1819) and Sarah Heaton or Eaton (born 1821) who were married in Launceston on 22 Jul 1839. An earlier child, also called William, had been born in 1840 but died in 1842. Another son, Charles Henry Fuller, was born in 1842.
