This is possibly Thomas Joseph Maloney who was the licensee of the Hunt Club Hotel at 40 Wellington Street, Launceston. He married Jane Robinson at the age of 21 on 23 Feb 1886. Their daughter Catherine was born in 1887 and died aged one year eight months on 3 Apr 1889. Their son Matthew (or Walter) was born in 1893 and died from injuries received when he was run over by a cart opposite the Hunt Club Hotel on 8 Nov 1897.
