This is possibly Frederick James Barnes who is probably a relative of Frederick Barnes, a sharebroker and commission agent in Launceston at the time of the Exhibition. He later lived at the same address as Frederick Barnes and his wife Martha Sidebottom in Ulverstone where Frederick was a boot and shoe dealer and importer, saddle and harness maker and bicycle agent. Frederick Barnes also appears in the Album.
