Charlotte Melinda Farmilo, known as Linda, was born in Launceston on 30 Jun 1886, the second child of John Todd Farmilo (1849-1933) and his wife Mary Amy Stewart (1852-1942). Linda was an assistant state school teacher at West Scottsdale before moving with her family to Northam, Western Australia, in 1906. She died at ‘Morby’, Northam, WA, on 16 Jun 1906, shortly before her 20th birthday.
